We are seeking a dedicated teacher of Health and Social Care to join on an ongoing temp basis. The ideal candidate will bring a flexible approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for developing engaging educational environments.

Day-to-day of the role of a Health and Social Care Lecturer:
  • Design and deliver engaging teaching materials, including slides and classroom activities, utilising existing resources where possible.
  • Conduct lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Mark learners' work and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
  • Use technology and virtual learning tools effectively to enhance the educational experience.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and learning within the classroom.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Health and Social Care Lecturer role:
  • To hold a recognised teaching qualification
  • To deliver levels 3 BTEC and T level courses to leaners 16+
