A leading training provider in Birmingham is seeking a Health & Social Care Apprenticeship Tutor. The role is hybrid, involving remote work and visits to training centres to deliver face-to-face lessons. Applicants should have recent experience in Adult Health & Social Care and ideally hold an A1/TAQA Assessor qualification, or be willing to obtain it. The role is hybrid with both home working and visits to our clients training centres to deliver face to face lessons as required and visits to settings delivering 1:1 or in groups. We are looking for a tutor/assessor who can deliver Level 2 and 3 Apprenticeships in Adult Health and Social care. The role will involve supporting learners and visiting them in their workplaces in the Staffordshire and West Midlands areas. We will require the Tutor to deliver and embed functional skills at level 2 English and maths, deliver the knowledge skills and behaviours and the wider curriculum.
Ideally applicants will hold the A1/TAQA Assessor qualification or equivalent, or be willing to complete this qualification within the first few months of employment (with support).
We are looking for someone who has recent occupational experience in Adult Health & Social care, a passion for supporting others and a good level of Maths and English.
