Overview

As HSEQ Advisor, you'll act as the first point of contact for health & safety matters, supporting teams across warehouse, site, and office environments. You'll provide advice and guidance, carry out audits and inspections, coordinate incident investigations, and champion safe working practices at every level. You'll also support the development of HSEQ initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies while driving continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the go-to advisor for HSEQ matters, providing expert support and guidance.
  • Carry out safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Lead HSEQ inductions and training programmes.
  • Support line managers with risk assessments and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Act as a visible champion of safety across sites and events.
What We're Looking For
  • Formal HSEQ qualification - ideally NEBOSH General and/or Construction Certificate.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience within a HSEQ team.
  • Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety legislation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and resilient team player.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential) and valid passport for occasional European travel.
