Overview

This highly respected and well-established organisation operates within both the manufacturing and housing sectors and are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a NEBOSH-certified professional to make a significant impact. You will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the company's exceptional safety record, ensuring that all operations are not only productive but also safe for everyone involved. Your role will be varied and challenging, providing exposure to a diverse range of projects and environments, from the factory floor to on-site housing developments.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and hands-on professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Health and safety role ideally within either manufacturing or housing (or both). You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including conducting site inspections and risk assessments, investigating incidents, delivering engaging safety training, and staying abreast of all new legislative requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to on-site workers, is paramount.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent) and demonstrate a strong understanding of current Health and Safety regulations, particularly those relevant to the manufacturing and/or construction industries. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a positive safety culture and is committed to continuous improvement.
