Your Role and Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to provide comprehensive HSE support across multiple sites and clients within the housebuilding sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting site inspections and support visits.
• Providing technical and HSE support to site management teams.
• Undertaking targeted monthly checks.
• Attending monthly client and internal meetings.
• Supporting clients with additional services when required.Finding practical solutions to site issues.
• Building trust and strong working relationships with site teams.
• Investigating incidents and accidents.
• Carrying out external Principal Contractor / Client inspections.
• Delivering in–house training for operatives and management teams.

What You Bring to the Table

• UK–based construction
• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
• Experience working across multiple clients and projects.
• Principal Designer experience or understanding of PD duties under CDM 2015 (desirable).
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Full UK driving licence.
