A leading construction contractor in Scotland seeks an HSQE Advisor to support the implementation of health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across various infrastructure projects. This pivotal role involves site inspections, enhancing compliance culture, and contributing to team engagement. Required qualifications include a NEBOSH certificate and experience in Civil Engineering or related fields. The position offers a competitive salary up to £45,000, a car allowance, and benefits including private medical and pension plans.
Were partnering with a well-established Principal Contractor delivering Infrastructure and Construction projects across a range of sectors, including Energy, Utilities, Civils and Rail. With growing operations in the Scottish region and several projects either live or in planning, they are now looking to add a new HSQE Advisor to their team.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a newly created position, where youll work closely with site teams and regional leadership to embed strong HSQE standards across multiple projects.
The role is based in Scotland, primarily covering the Central Belt up to the North East of Scotland, with occasional further travel. Youll split your time between the site and the office, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
