Health & Safety Advisor - Midlands (National Travel). Up to £47,000 + Company Car + Benefits.

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure business for a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team. Based in the Midlands with national travel, this is a great opportunity to work on major road construction, infrastructure, and maintenance projects across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support site and project teams across road construction, infrastructure, and maintenance projects.
• Provide SHE guidance, conduct inspections and audits, investigate incidents, deliver training, and ensure compliance with CDM and health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Travel nationally and be prepared for occasional overnight stays to drive a positive safety culture, support sustainability initiatives, and work with managers and regulatory bodies to improve performance across sites.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations
• NEBOSH certification (general or construction)
• Experience in road construction, infrastructure, or road maintenance
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
• Flexible to travel nationwide (company car provided)
