Headteacher – SEND

Are you a Headteacher with experience working in a SEND setting and looking for an opportunity to join a school where you will make a real difference to the children you support? We have been retained to support the recruitment of a Headteacher for this progress SEND school in Birmingham. You will be part of the Trust SLT and have a genuine desire to lead on initiatives that have a far reaching impact.

Responsibilities

You will be:

• An experienced Headteacher
• Have worked in a SEND setting to include complex needs
• NPQH
• QTS
• A strong communicator able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Able to demonstrate a strong track record of progressive leadership
• Used to working with and developing an SEND teaching, learning and support team
