The Tiffin Girls’ School Governing Board is looking to appoint a new Headteacher, required from 1 September 2026, who embodies the school’s values, champions its ambition, and will lead with integrity, warmth, and clarity of purpose. With a mandate to :
  • Sustain excellence : Maintainour outstanding outcomes and nurture our unique, values-led environment.
  • Lead strategic growth : Head the next phase of our digital and AI strategy and curriculum and assessment development to ensure our provision effectively prepares our students for the world of work.
  • Enhance external partnerships : Improve our local and national presence, particularly strengthening our role in widening access and outreach that enriches our students’ experience beyond the school gates.
