Overview

My client is looking for an inspiring Head Nurse to join their South London practice—a fantastic opportunity to bring your clinical experience, passion for patient care, and leadership skills to a supportive, progressive team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guide and motivate talented nurses, students, and VCAs to deliver outstanding clinical care and client service.
  2. Work closely with the team to maintain high clinical standards and promote professional development.
  3. Shape the future of the practice through leadership and innovation.
Candidate Profile
  • Clinically experienced and confident in a first-opinion setting.
  • A natural leader—motivating, engaging, and approachable.

Details

Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: 4 days per week (9-hour shifts), 1 in 4 weekends, plus participation in the duty night rota

Average 40-hour working week
