Job description

We\'re looking for an uber-creative Social Marketing Executive to join our fantastic Marketing team. This role sits at the heart of our brand presence across social, partnerships, and content. You\'ll work closely with our CMO, Marketing Manager and Content Lead to bring Farmer J\'s voice, energy, and stories to life every single day. Being obsessed with food is non-negotiable. You\'ll instinctively know what\'s "now", from trends to formats and creators. You\'ll enjoy being in front of the camera as much as you do interacting with customers across our social platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day posting across all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Work with our Content Lead and write on-brand captions that feel natural, punchy, and very Farmer J.
  • Support our Content Lead to plan ongoing content strategy, content series, shoots, and creative ideas.
  • Create and manage TikTok content, trend-led, lo-fi, on-the-spot filming, behind-the-scenes, and reactive moments.
  • Lead community management across all platforms, replying to every DM, comment, question, and bit of customer love (or chaos) in a way that feels authentically "Farmer J".
  • Source and manage UGC, including community outreach and content approvals.
  • Manage and grow brand partnerships, from early conversations to execution.
  • Work with Emerge on Black Card and Platinum programmes (spotting opportunities, coordinating meals, following up).
  • Responsible for sending out Mailers to Emerge for all influencers.
  • Research new brands for collabs, launches, and content moments.
  • Handle all LinkedIn posting, including strategy, drafting posts, and working cross-team to gather stories and updates.
  • Support on all major marketing moments: new site openings, new menu launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist with the upcoming Farmer J App launch (content, coordination, comms, and events).
  • Help plan, organise, and run events, influencer tastings, and pop-ups.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience creating content and managing social accounts for a customer-obsessed brand.
  • A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and the confidence to run them solo.
  • A love for food – a bonus if you\'ve been to Farmer J!
  • An awareness of social trends coupled with a natural creative instinct.
  • A natural ability for storytelling, a confident writing style with a feel for our tone of voice.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, and partner brands.
  • First-class organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A team player attitude with boundless energy – we move fast and have fun doing it.
