Overview

The Head of Wholesale will lead the brand’s global wholesale strategy, driving growth across the UK, US, EU and Asian markets . This is a key leadership role within a dynamic and design-led contemporary jewellery brand, overseeing all aspects of sales, account management, and global expansion. The successful candidate will bring a blend of brand-side and agency experience , with a strong understanding of premium / luxury positioning and the ability to cultivate meaningful, long-term retail partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global wholesale strategy to deliver commercial growth and strengthen brand visibility across key international markets.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of three, ensuring clear sales targets, strategic planning, and market alignment.
  • Manage and grow partnerships with key department stores, independents, and distributors across the UK, US, and Asia .
  • Identify and open new markets and partners in line with the brand’s growth ambitions.
