Responsibilities
  • Understand the range of products available and which products to focus on in the UK market.
  • Create and deliver the sales and market development strategy.
  • Coordinate with different departments in the parent organisation to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Develop sales leads and build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with the global team to ensure consistency across operations.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the business.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Report to the board and provide regular updates on market development and sales performance.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in technical sales within the electrical manufacturing sector.
  • Experience of creating and delivering a sales strategy for electrical products in a new geographical market.
  • Experience selling highly technical electrical products into manufacturers and end users.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work alone - albeit with support from the parent company.
