A leading retail conglomerate in the UK is seeking a Head of Total Rewards to develop and manage global compensation strategies. This role involves leading a team, implementing compensation strategies, and ensuring compliance across multiple regions. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in compensation design, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid capacity. This fixed-term contract lasts for 12 months with a starting date no later than January 5, 2026.

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Total Rewards to lead the development and management of our global compensation strategies. Reporting to the Director of Global Total Rewards, you will help ensure our reward programmes are competitive, equitable and aligned with QVC’s goals. This is your chance to make a significant impact driving innovation and best practice across multiple markets. This is a fixed‑term contract for 12 months and you must be free to start no later than 5 January 2026; you should also be able to work in a hybrid capacity.
