A leading luxury department store in Greater London is seeking a Head of Total Reward to lead a forward-thinking reward and recognition strategy. You'll oversee compensation frameworks and manage benefits partnerships while driving organizational design initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced reward leader with expertise in UK compensation and strong analytical skills. The role follows a hybrid working policy, requiring onsite presence for at least three days a week.
Our HR team is looking for a Head of Total Reward to lead, shape and deliver a forward-thinking reward and recognition strategy that keeps Harrods a truly exceptional place to work.
In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the development and delivery of Harrods’ total reward, compensation, benefits and recognition frameworks. Reporting directly to the Director of HR Operations, you’ll ensure our approach is data-led, commercially aligned and reflects our commitment to fairness, transparency and high performance.
