This is a high impact role where you’ll shape the strategy, ensure operational excellence, and drive innovation across hosting, networks, desktop, data storage, collaboration technologies, cloud, and DevOps. What you will do as Head of Technical Service Management

• Lead and manage a team of technical service managers, ensuring performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the delivery of hosting, networks, desktop, data storage, collaboration tools, cloud services, and DevOps.
• Drive service availability, resilience, and security across all platforms.
• Develop and implement governance models for TechOps.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Report to senior leadership on service performance and risk.
• Champion automation and efficiency initiatives to optimise service delivery.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in leading technical service management functions within large-scale organisations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management frameworks.
• Expertise in hosting, networks, cloud platforms, and DevOps environments.
• Ability to manage complex service portfolios and drive operational excellence.
• Experience in risk management, compliance, and governance.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
