This role is both strategic and hands‑on, ideal for a decisive leader who enjoys shaping direction while remaining closely connected to technical outputs and stakeholder engagement.

About You

You will bring:

  • Significant leadership experience within offshore marine contracting or a closely related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of technical, safety and sustainability functions within complex environments.
  • A track record of delivering safety and sustainability improvements across multiple technical areas.
  • Experience producing and overseeing high‑quality technical reports, guidelines and documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with technical committees, volunteers and external specialists.
  • Credibility and confidence representing an organisation internationally.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence diverse groups across industry and corporate partners.
  • Experience driving change, improving processes and leading specialist teams through transformation (desirable).
