Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Manchester is seeking a qualified professional to ensure compliance with contracts, lead technical audits, and develop KPIs for PFI contracts. Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in technical governance within PFI or similar sectors.

Job description

Days of Working: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

  • Ensure all PFI contracts meet statutory and contractual technical requirements.
  • Maintain compliance frameworks for building services, health & safety, and environmental standards.
  • Lead technical audits and ensure zero critical non‑compliances.
  • Oversee lifecycle planning and delivery to meet contractual obligations.
  • Optimize asset performance and replacement strategies to minimize cost and risk.
  • Develop and monitor technical KPIs across all PFI contracts.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks impacting compliance or availability.
  • Act as technical authority for clients, regulators, and internal teams.
  • Lead and develop a team of technical specialists and performance analysts.
  • Must have Right to Work in the UK.
  • UK driving licence.
