Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical support within diagnostics manufacturing.
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of immunoassay platforms, particularly IMMULITE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Technical Operations strategy for IMMULITE.
• Oversee technical support for raw material and reagent manufacturing.
• Build and lead a high-performing Technical Operations team.
