Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and professionalise Risk & Security Business Management, Analytics and Reporting capabilities (~10 FTE globally) in alignment with strategic program objectives
  • Own value realisation by overseeing and guiding execution of the Risk & Security mission from a financials, workforce and vendor mgmt. perspective (e.g., manage against workforce targets)
  • Operate and evolve financial, workforce, and strategic vendor mgmt., including to manage interfaces to relevant stakeholders and present in decision forums, e.g., workforce/sourcing meeting
  • Operate and evolve Analytics & Reporting capabilities used, e.g., for Board of Management and other C-level updates, Risk & Security committees, Local Entity Risk Committees, including to achieve report quality and messaging objectives in partnership with data owners and customers
  • Own, maintain and further develop the reporting platform; build a high performing team
  • Manage ad-hoc requests and continuous improvements; own relevant projects
Knowledge and Skills
  • 12+ years of experience with focus on business and program management, reporting/analytics, and transformation (having worked, e.g., as department CAO/COO, Chief of Staff, Program Mgr. and/or having led large PMO functions), in global, highly regulated financial service organizations
  • 6+ years in cyber security, cyber program mgmt., ideally with one or more of the big players in the Insurance/Financial Services industry and with international experience
  • Track record in building/leading high performing, efficient business management functions (financials, workforce/capacity management, vendor management, etc.) in a matrix structure
  • Track record in building/leading high performing, efficient Cyber/Operations/IT Risk reporting functions (KPIs, KRIs, backend/tools (e.g., database, ETL processes), frontend (e.g., PowerBI), C-level messaging/presentations and aligning the same with various stakeholders, etc.)
  • Strong pro‑active and self‑motivated driver, transformation agent, strategic thinker and communicator with a strong analytical and problem‑solving skill, resilient, and flexible
  • Team player and stakeholder manager with confidence to engage various seniority levels
