We’re searching for a UKbasedHead of Strategic Programmes & Commercial Services to join our Professional Services team, so that we can drive measurable customer outcomes, revenue growth, and operational change. The Head of Strategic Programmes & Commercial Services will shape and support the delivery of complex, high-value programmes, blending strategic programme leadership with commercial structuring to position RLDatix as a transformation partner—not just a software provider.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Lead and enable delivery of strategic led programmes to improve customer outcomes and company profitability.
  • Support healthcare organisations in implementing operational business change through RLDatix’s EQUIP framework (Evaluate, Quantify, Understand, Protect).
  • Drive consistent programme governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting across portfolios.
  • Define and maintain a strategic playbook of approaches, methods, and best practices.
  • Shape service propositions and proposals with measurable outcomes aligned to customer transformation goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to structure commercially sound, scalable, and outcome-focused engagements.
  • Develop reusable bid assets, commercial frameworks, and service packaging to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Delivery, Support, Customer Success, Product) to accelerate customer outcomes and process improvements.
  • Manage a team of consultants, overseeing pipeline projects and proactively identifying resourcing risks.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior NHS and private healthcare stakeholders.
