The Role

The successful candidate will take ownership of delivering outstanding retail performance and operational excellence across multiple stores, with responsibility for :

• Driving sales performance and achieving ambitious growth targets across the UK store network.
• Elevating retail standards to ensure a consistent, world-class customer experience.
• Leading, inspiring, and developing store teams, coaching Store Managers into confident, high-performing leaders.
• Translating commercial strategy into actionable retail execution on the shop floor.
• Partnering with senior leadership across functions to maintain brand consistency and maximise commercial opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities for operational improvement, expansion, and future scalability.
