An organization supporting unpaid carers in the UK is seeking a Head of Services to oversee all frontline services. In this newly created role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, ensuring service effectiveness and alignment with strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing diverse teams and enhancing service delivery through data-driven innovation. Our client are a small, supportive organisation, committed to making a lasting and positive difference to the lives of unpaid carers across Buckinghamshire – they support unpaid carers of all ages, from all backgrounds and in all caring roles. This includes young carers, young adult carers, parents of children with a physical or learning disability, older carers, carers from diverse communities, LGBTQ+ carers and those looking after someone with a mental health condition. They alsoprovide support for unpaid carers and the person they care for whilst in a hospital setting. At an exciting time of change, they are now looking to recruit a Head of Services, a newly created role for the organisation which will oversee all frontline services.
As Head of Services, you will work closely alongside the CEO, providing support and oversight for all delivery teams (adult / young / hospital carers teams), ensuring that services operate effectively and meet contractual requirements. You will ensure alignment with strategic priorities and commissioned outcomes and will use data and feedback to drive service improvement and innovation.
