Lead the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring that sales, supply chain, finance, HR, and procurement work in true partnership. Facilitate collaboration across the business, bringing teams together to deliver accurate demand forecasts, balanced supply, and optimised performance. Drive continuous improvement, identifying smarter ways of working and leveraging data to strengthen decision-making. Connect strategy to execution, ensuring our operations plans align with financial goals and future growth. Engage senior leadership, influencing direction and providing clear recommendations that balance risk, opportunity, and efficiency. Build resilience into our planning, identifying risks and developing contingency strategies.

Qualifications
