Join us as we revolutionize video understanding and multimodal AI.
TwelveLabs is at the forefront of video AI technology, transforming how businesses understand and utilize their video data by leveraging our multimodal video foundation model. As we expand our presence in the UK and EMEA, we are seeking a strategic leader to build and scale our sales operations across this high‑growth region.
As Head of Sales, EMEA, you will define and execute our go‑to‑market strategy for the UK and broader European market, with a primary focus on the Telco, Media & Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports (TMEGS) verticals. The UK and EU have emerged as critical growth regions for TwelveLabs, with strong engagement from leading TMEGS organizations and emerging particles, and strong partnerships with leading SIs and hyperscalers. This is a foundational opportunity to establish TwelveLabs as the trusted partner for video AI across Europe's most innovative media and entertainment companies.
You will be responsible for building and leading both pre‑sales and post‑sales teams, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across the region. This role requires exceptional strategic thinking, deep understanding of the European media landscape, and the ability to navigate diverse markets and buying behaviors. You will work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and our global sales leadership to establish EMEA as a major revenue driver for TwelveLabs.
We recommend this role to candidates who are excited about the opportunity to build a regional business from the ground up and thrive in ambiguous environments. This is a foundational leadership role where you will shape not only our EMEA sales strategy but also how advanced AI foundation models get adopted within Europe's leading media organizations.
Even if there are a few checkboxes that aren't ticked through your prior experience, we still encourage you to apply! If you are a 0‑to‑1 achiever, a ferocious learner, and a kind and fun team player who motivates others, you will find a home at TwelveLabs.
We welcome applicants from all walks of life and are committed to equal‑opportunity employment. We cherish and celebrate diversity not just because it is the right thing to do, but because it makes our company much stronger.
