Overview

Ready to lead the commercial agenda for a fast-growing B Corp on a mission to change the way people think about health? This is a Head of Sales opportunity with real purpose, ownership and impact. You’ll set and deliver the UK sales strategy across retail and ecommerce, deepen relationships with key partners (think leading grocers, premium retail and online), and own the commercial plan for the next phase of double‑digit growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, P&L and commercial delivery for key retailers, e‑commerce and EU distributor markets.
  • Lead and develop a team of four across Retail and Amazon.
  • Oversee major JBP conversations, retailer relationships and in‑store execution.
  • Partner with Brand, Insights, Ops, Creative and DTC to drive aligned growth.
  • Drive rate of sale improvements through insight, smart investment and execution.
  • Ensure best‑in‑class brand presence across national.
Qualifications
  • Strong track record in UK retail and/or ecommerce within consumer goods, ideally health, wellness, or beauty.
  • Experience managing major retail customers like Boots, Holland & Barrett and a track record of delivering commercial growth.
  • Comfortable leading and coaching a team while staying hands‑on with key customers.
  • A strategic, collaborative approach – equally happy in the boardroom and with buyers.
