Are you an experienced Sales & Marketing leader seeking an opportunity within an organisation that truly makes a difference? Your target audience would include the emergency services, your favourite sports club, your childrens school or nursery, and events spaces providing emergency / medical solutions which save lives every day.

Seymour John are delighted to be partnered with the UKs leading supplier of emergency medical equipment in their hunt for a Sales Manager to lead the internal and external sales teams and implement strategies to increase market share. An FTSE100 business that has not lost its family feel despite its ever-increasing success.

The Company

A medium-sized team sitting in their easily accessible Telford office, you will work collaboratively alongside your colleagues within the Senior Leadership Team, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure a growth mindset is held organisation-wide. The business is led by a highly experienced and supportive Senior Leadership Team who orchestrate a cohesive and harmonious working environment in a people-focused culture.

The Role : Sales Leadership
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to maximise performance.
  • Oversee opportunity management and maintain a strong structured sales process.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present forecasts, budgets and performance reports to senior leadership.
Strategic Direction
  • Work alongside the senior leadership team to align sales and marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Foster a customer‑centric culture across all commercial functions.
  • Introduce best practices and innovative approaches to enhance sales and marketing impact.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with Purchasing, Customer Support and wider teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the brand within the broader Group UK Sales Team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide clear consistent updates to senior management on performance and initiatives.
About You
  • Proven track record in a sales leadership role, ideally within the medical or healthcare sector.
