A leading sales consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies while managing Field Sales and Internal Sales teams. The successful candidate will maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure sales growth objectives are met. The role includes fostering a winning culture, securing key customers, and adjusting selling prices based on market trends. Competitive salary of c 70k pa plus bonus and benefits is offered.
Head of Sales required for well established business, distributing high-quality cleaning and healthcare products to a wide range of industries including education, hospitality and healthcare.
The successful candidate will be required to develop and implement a sales strategy, win new business with the team whilst performance managing the Field Sales and Internal Sales teams to help them deliver sales and profit growth objectives.
Duties will include developing a culture of winning and keeping business, win new key customers and maintain a robust sales pipeline, developing and maintain existing Key Customers. Reviewing sales plans, territories, activities and pipeline annually to ensure sales resources are used in most effective manner. Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring cost, competition, and supply and demand. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Salary c 70k pa plus bonus and benefits.
