Head of Sales

Bristol or Cardiff | In-person

Permanent | 37.5 hours per week

Salary : Competitive + uncapped OTE

The role You’ll lead the B2B sales function, setting direction while staying close to the detail. You’ll be trusted to develop the sales strategy, personally lead high‑value conversations and support the growth of a capable, motivated team.

You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and have genuine influence over how the business grows.
