We’re looking for a Head of Sales to take full ownership of the sales function for a successful aluminium glazing installation business. You will drive pipeline growth, strengthen key client relationships and ensure commercial discipline across all project types. This role removes dependency on senior leadership by creating a clear, structured and accountable sales operation.
Pipeline Growth: monthly qualified pipeline added; outreach activity levels.
Conversion: tender-to-win ratio; accurate win/loss data; margin protection from tender to order.
Client Engagement: scheduled meetings delivered; new clients secured annually.
Sales Discipline: Pipedrive accuracy; on-time tenders; quality of handovers.
Commercial Protection: reduced pricing assumptions; clear installer pricing and risk identification.
5–10 years’ construction sales experience (façades/glazing/cladding/envelope preferred).
Proven success winning £250k–£3m+ packages.
Strong commercial and tendering knowledge with focus on margin protection.
Highly organised, proactive and effective under pressure.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills with professional credibility.
