Qualifications

  • A proven track record in residential sales, ideally in the mid to high-end Norwich market.
  • Experience leading or significantly shaping a sales team or department.
  • Confidence and gravitas when dealing with discerning clients.
  • A strong background in valuations, instructions, and closing.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, treating this role like your own company.
  • Passion for property, people, and delivering a standout customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the sales department from instruction to completion.
  • Driving growth through strategic business planning and market expansion.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with high-value clients.
  • Leading from the front in valuations, negotiations, and securing business.
  • Working with the Director to align on business goals and strategy.
