A global infrastructure consulting firm is seeking a Head of Real Estate to strategize and optimize their portfolio in the Greater London area. The role involves overseeing real estate transactions, managing broker relationships, and ensuring compliance with lease terms while maximizing the value of a multi-million dollar portfolio. The Head of Real Estate EURI is accountable for the Real Estate (RE) strategy, management and optimisation of our portfolio within this geography. This critical role will oversee regional Real Estate strategies which are consistent with overall business goals and vison.
Reporting to Sr Director International Real Estate and Facilities Service, you will oversee a team of Real Estate professionals for the region, working closely with regional operational leads to ensure the tactical implementation is fully supported within our local markets.
This role will focus primarily on maximizing the value of AECOM’s EURI portfolio of approximately $45m cost, 60+ locations and 6000+ people, encompassing 550,000 square feet of operating real estate assets while simultaneously optimizing real estate portfolio operating expenses and capital expenditures.
