Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior quality role within manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001, compliance, and auditing standards.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Department to ensure all products meet expectations.
• Oversee and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor quality performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams.
