Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large-scale Test / Quality Engineering functions.
• Deep, hands‑on experience in automation, performance, and quality system design.
• Experience leading managers-of-managers with strong technical credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end Test Engineering strategy.
• Lead quality across four pillars: Functional & Regression Testing, Test Automation, Performance Engineering, Certification & Compliance Testing.
• Act as a senior technical authority on testing strategy, automation, and quality systems.
