A leading education provider in the UK is seeking a Head of Quality to lead the quality strategy across apprenticeship provisions. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to high performance. The position is predominantly remote with at least one day in the South London office each month. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality roles and be proactive in driving improvements across all levels. Attractive benefits include 25 days holiday and a company Apple MacBook.
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 pa (plus excellent benefits)
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Quality to join our friendly and supportive Delivery Team.
Reporting to the Delivery Director, the Head of Quality is responsible for shaping and leading the quality strategy across all apprenticeship provision, ensuring that teaching, learning, and assessment consistently meet high standards and deliver exceptional outcomes for learners and employers.
Working collaboratively with compliance staff, delivery teams, and Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Quality will champion excellence in pedagogy, curriculum design, and learner experience. You will also lead on quality assurance frameworks, learner and employer voice initiatives, and preparation for external inspections, including Ofsted, ensuring the organisation is always inspection‑ready and responsive to feedback.
The role will be predominantly remote with at least one day a month at our South London office.
