The Role :

Design and execute the entire sourcing and procurement strategy from the ground up, aligning it with ambitious business growth targets.

Establish and scale a new, efficient Direct-from-Factory global supplier model, optimising the supply chain for speed and resilience.

Drive significant cost-reduction initiatives without compromising the superior quality or continuous availability of products.

Select, implement, and manage best-in‑class procurement systems to create a scalable, modern function.

Champion and embed sustainable and ethical procurement processes into every layer of the supply chain.

Cultivate deep, high‑value relationships with both internal stakeholders and critical global suppliers to drive performance improvement.
