  • Extensive experience in performance marketing, ideally at a senior level within a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly analytical with a strong understanding of attribution, optimisation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the performance marketing strategy to deliver strong acquisition and conversion results.
  • Plan, execute, analyse and optimise campaigns across all core channels including PPC, SEO, paid social, property portals, digital advertising and direct mails.
  • Own and develop a robust optimisation and testing roadmap to improve funnel performance and ROI.
  • Oversee lead forecasting and budget planning to deliver commercial objectives efficiently.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven marketing plans.
  • Manage, support and develop a small team while overseeing key external agency relationships.
  • Ensure all marketing outputs are on-brand, compliant and aligned to wider business goals.
