Head of Performance Management and Reporting
Location: London or Bristol
Salary: London circa: £150,000 / Bristol circa: £125,000

We’re looking for a visionary leader to help build a best‑class Group Transformation Office. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll design frameworks and capabilities that enable projects and programmes across Aviva to deliver with greater transparency, faster pace, stronger predictability, and enhanced control.

A bit about the job

We’re building a performance management capability that helps Aviva deliver transformation with confidence. You’ll design and lead our enterprise‑wide performance framework, making sure data is accurate, timely, and actionable. Your work will give senior leaders the insight they need to make decisions that maximise value and manage risk. You’ll embed a culture of transparency and outcome‑led reporting across the Group, using predictive analytics and AI to stay ahead. Ultimately, you’ll make sure transformation performance is clear, consistent, and driving results.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
  • Deep experience in transformation delivery and performance management.
  • Expertise in reporting frameworks and tools (e.g., PlanView, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of industry frameworks such as MoP, MSP, PMI, Agile.
What you’ll get for this role
  • London: circa £150,000/Bristol: circa £125,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity – 25% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
