This role will report directly into Finance and be responsible for a small payroll team.

Responsibilities

• Management of a monthly payroll for over a 1000 employees
• Working with the payroll bureau to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Checking data and make amendments where appropriate
• Leading on all month end and year-end activity
• Responsible for multiple different pension schemes
• Producing all payroll reports and providing the organisation with payroll analysis
