Overview

Head of Partnerships and Growth - Remote - IEP

Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth & Development
    • Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with IEP\'s mission and strategic plan.
    • Identify and pursue new markets, sectors, and partnership opportunities.
    • Lead business development initiatives to secure funding, sponsorships, and commercial partnerships.
  • Membership & Community Engagement
    • Drive membership acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns and engagement strategies.
    • Enhance member value through new services, events, and digital offerings.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimise member experience.
  • Innovation & Product Development
    • Lead the development of new products, services, and learning resources that meet the evolving needs of employability professionals.
    • Use data and insights to inform product design and delivery.
  • Revenue Diversification
    • Explore and implement new income-generating initiatives, including training programs, consultancy services, and digital products.
    • Monitor performance and ROI of growth initiatives.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Work closely with the CEO, COO and senior leadership team to shape organisational strategy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver growth projects.
