The role
You’ll oversee and review operational processes to optimise operational efficiency, and ensurecost, quality and service targets are achieved. You’ll lead, inspire & develop the operations teams, championing a welcoming culture based on honesty, teamwork and individual accountability. You’ll be devising strategies which drive performance improvements against clearly defined objectives.
