Job description

HW Interim Solutions are looking to engage a Head of Operations for a 12 month appointment within the Health & Social Care Sector.

The business requires a senior operational leader to take full accountability for the performance, quality and growth of a large, multi-site care operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end regional operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing regional management team.
  • Monitor and improve regional performance against customer, quality, people and financial KPIs.
  • Drive regulatory compliance and quality performance across the region.
  • Develop and deliver a regional business plan aligned to wider business strategy.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in leading managers within a multi-site business
  • Background in the care sector or a closely related regulated sector.
  • Strong knowledge of care regulations with a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding (or equivalent) inspection outcomes.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and performance management.
