A leading care provider seeks a Head of Marketing & Sales to innovate marketing strategies and boost occupancy across care homes. This role involves developing sales tactics, managing brand consistency, and leading a creative marketing team. Head of Marketing & Sales - Home based with regular travel
Annual Salary: £70k - £75k + company car or car allowance + benefits

We are looking for an inspiring and visionary Head of Marketing & Sales to shape the way our residents live, love, connect and celebrate life across all our homes.

The first stage of the process will be an interview via Teams and held in the week commencing 12th January 2026.
The second stage of the process will be held in person at our Halliwell Care Home the week commencing 20th January 2026.
