As Head of Marketing at M&I, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the most dynamic event portfolios in the global MICE sector. You’ll lead a talented team to deliver strategic, high‑impact marketing that drives measurable growth, lead generation, and brand visibility across our established and emerging markets, these latter include the Americas, the Middle East, and APAC.
This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role for an experienced Head of Marketing who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence. You’ll be equally comfortable developing data‑driven performance campaigns as you are overseeing brand storytelling and event launches.
We’re looking for a confident, creative, and commercially astute leader, someone ready to take ownership of marketing performance today and to lead and develop a talented team.
You’ll report to our Director of Marketing, Worldwide Events.
