Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in a customer-facing support role, ideally in Customer Success.
• Experience working as or with lawyer(s).
• Impressive team-building and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Lawyer Success team.
• Continuously optimize lawyer onboarding processes.
• Develop video tutorials and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Collect feedback from lawyers to refine processes.
