Qualifications

• Proven experience with ITSM and managing Windows systems (client and server).
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualized environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and networking knowledge (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sysadmin operations team (10+ engineers).
• Oversee the IT ticketing system to ensure SLAs are met.
• Manage the Office 365 environment and use Intune for mobile device management.
