Head of Integrated Care PCN - Northern | 9578 | Permanent Contract |37 hours per week | £66,140 to £73,800 per annum | (Grade N) | North Walsham

You will empower staff, drive service innovation, and ensure that our services meet the evolving needs of Norfolk’s diverse communities. You will co-produce solutions with residents, embed national and local initiatives, and help shape the future of preventative, relational care.
