Are you a data storyteller who thrives on uncovering insights that shape strategy? This role is your chance to lead the way in the world of connected TV (CTV) advertising.

We’re looking for a seasoned leader to head up Insights across European markets, driving thought leadership and crafting compelling, data‑led stories that fuel advertising strategy, sales, and innovation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the development of industry‑shaping insights from 1st‑party TV and mobile data
  • Own and deliver the European Thought Leadership roadmap
  • Shape the future of CTV measurement in partnership with key industry bodies
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align insights with commercial goals
  • Manage a high‑performing team and research vendors across Europe
  • Deliver bespoke client research, campaign analysis, and actionable narratives

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years’ experience in media, advertising or tech (agency, platform, broadcaster)
  • Thought leadership and speaking at events linked to the space
  • Expert in media measurement, research, and analytics
  • Proven record of leading insight teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Great communicator – you simplify complex data into sharp, strategic stories
  • Hands‑on experience with industry bodies like BARB or AGF is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
