About the role

Housing Development & Place: You will lead on delivery of the Council’s housing development programmes, adding value to our communities through links to wider, place-based initiatives and community engagement.

Team collaboration

Team collaboration: You will proactively work with colleagues across the council’s Housing Development and Regeneration Team, Housing, Finance, Enabling and others - developing new homes in accordance with the Council’s consistent high standards, making brilliant places to live.

Programme management

Programme management: Through regular touchpoints with project managers and supported by dedicated staff, you will report on key information such as timescales, outcomes, budgets and risks. You will ensure this information is collated in a way that can be easily managed and reviewed by others through programme management tools such as SDS ProVal and Sequel, Power Bi and other software such as PowerPoint and Excel.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
