The Opportunity

We're looking for an inspiring leader to take the reins as Head of Hotel Operations. This is a role for someone who's not just managing the day-to-day but driving the future.

You’ll lead the operational heartbeat of Hoar Cross Hall, ensuring every guest touchpoint, from arrival to departure, delivers impact, emotion, and excellence. You’ll empower teams, champion innovation, and help shape a culture where brilliant people create extraordinary experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and inspire talented teams across all hotel operations (Front of House, Housekeeping, Spa, F&B and Maintenance).
  • Create a culture that's energetic, empowered, and relentlessly focused on the guest experience.
  • Deliver operational brilliance, smooth processes, smart systems, and flawless service.
  • Partner with the senior leadership team to deliver commercial growth and elevate brand standards.
  • Drive innovation - challenge "the way it's always been done" and introduce ideas that set us apart.
  • Oversee budgets, performance metrics, and operational strategy to maximise efficiency and profitability.
  • Be a visible, approachable presence across the hotel , leading from the front with energy and authenticity.
